Title: JRemote- Won't Display Genre

I'm running JRiver for Mac on an IMac as a DLNA server and using J Remote, playing to a Sonore Rendu network player. Works pretty perfectly except J Remote will not display any Genres under "Audio". I get the message "No content found in current view. Pease try another selection" . I can look at the Album, Artist & recent views fine on J Remote. In J River, I can view Genres perfectly.  Any ideas?

That is weird,

Have you made any changes to custom views?
Tools > Options > Media network > Advanced > Customize Views for Gizmo and WebGizmo.

If not, It almost sounds like your genre list produces an error and is therefore not displayed.

No, I have not made any changes to custom views. Thanks for your assistance. i just sent you and email per your request.
