Title: Problems when importing DSF and DFF files

Hi
When I import any file other than a commercial cd, MC doesn't seem to read the metadata correctly. The files end up in an album folder that is labeled "Unassigned". Are there any import settings that will take care of this?

DFF files don't have tags.  So it's normal for things to end up unassigned.  You might be able to fill tags from filenames (Library Tools > Fill Properties From Filename).

Otherwise, hand edit the tags.
