The "Rename, Move, & Copy Files" tool is your friend. You select the files to change, apply your rules, CHECK in the Preview it will do what you think you asked it to do. CHECK again, then go for it. Probs should do a small batch first to be sure. The key bit is you want to make sure the top option is "Update database to point to new location" - see the PIC.
Also, FWIW - I use UNC Shares in the format of "\\MEDIAServer....." so then you don't have any hard IP to worry about.

i setup my library which points to nas where all media is imported from using unc. if i wanted to change ip of the nas (where all my media is and jriver points to) is there a way i can just adjust ip? or would i have to go through the whole process of re-importing? i am looking to just go into a file and adjust ip and go from there.

Just the path searching is Windows specific. I'm not certain if the run functions are implemented outside Windows. It should work on Mac and linux too. If not please report. The shell shouldn't need a path if you use it. |

A final thought on this is that I've been looking at previous discussions of MC acting as a DLNA proxy eg https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=95524.0 and https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=119987.0. That could mean that the server presents the various zones on the clients as different dlna renderers (as well as other dlna renderers). If that was able to be implemented I suspect that may solve my current issue.

Sounds promising. How many BDs has DVDfab Passkey decrypted as flawlessly as AnyDVD HD probably did for you? Thanks for posting this. So far I've only tried one so far after reinstalling it after a long time. There is a free trial version available for download. |

...and then checked this box in MakeMKV preferences and it works! Both BD Menus and Title playback.
