Video Playback, Video File Types have disappeared.
« on: October 21, 2015, 02:14:44 pm »

May be a simple question from a moron, but here goes.

Have been playing Blu-Rays via drag and drop into playing now.  No videos in any libraries.  Suddenly, drag and drop shows unsupported file type.

Under Options/File Types, the Video section is gone. So are Image and some others.  The only File Type categories listed are Audio, Playlist and Other.

Also, the Video, Image, etc. entries in the Tree (upper left window in standard view) are gone after Playing Now, Audio...

Been searching here and not finding anything.

Click on 'View' at the top of Media Center. In that drop down menu, does "Audio Only Mode" have a check in front of it? If so, click on this option. Media Center will restart and everything should be back to normal.

Hello,

I have the same problem.

The Audio Only Mode is not checked. Whether or not the Audio Only Mode is checked, Video is not back.

I tried to install the program and the previous updates again, it is the same.

Pls help.

Version is 20.0.131

Thank you.

(I remembered I use Audio Only Mode in previous updates and updated several 20.0.xxx versions. Now, no matter what I did, it is gone.)

You may have accidentally turned off video support.

Tools > Options > General > Features > Video Support > (checked)

Brian.
