Purpose of "favorites"?

When you right-click on an artist's folder, you can add it to "favorites".  But other than that specific location, I don't see where else one can access the "favorites" section.  That would be nice if it would come up under playlists, or somewhere like that.  Is there something I'm missing? ?

Never mind, I just realized that you can add a favorites button to the toolbar...very handy! :D

Favorites is user specific (registry) and you can't really use it with different libraries. Plus you better not rename anything either else it will not point to the right path.
