Importing Impulse Responses as WAV files
« on: November 03, 2015, 03:37:54 am »

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum, and I am not quite sure, if I am in the right section. It was suggested to me by one of my customers, that this forum may be interested in
JRiver impulse response importing function.

Anyway, I am a software developer, and one of my programs (Ultimate Equalizer) exports impulse responses of “custom built”, equalizing filters in WAV file format, which is suitable for importing into JRiver.

When you do this, your loudspeaker system becomes linear-phase system. It will play square wave acoustically, it will deliver deeper, punchy bass, and because of it’s transient perfect time response, it will improve localization of sound sources in the recordings.

There is a lot of information on my website: http://www.bodziosoftware.com.au/
So, if you are interested to learn more, just let me know.

Best Regards,
Bohdan
