I am running MC 21 with a NAD D3020 direct stream (PCM) from my sound card on optical out to the D3020, it plays 192khz 24 bit perfectly. USB (wasapi or asio) is limited to 96khz 24bit. It took me a while to work out that the wasapi out to optical was not working well at 192.
