As far as I know, there aren't any computer drives that can read SACDs; only dedicated SACD players and very early versions of the Sony PS3. The only way to "rip" SACDs is with a PS3 with special software. If you have a good number of SACDs, it might be worth tracking down one of these "special" PS3s, installing the software, etc. From what I've read, it's quite a bit of work to get it set up though. Once you've ripped the SACDs, you won't need a drive to read them; you can just import the ripped files directly into MC and play them any time you want to.
