Setting up software
« on: March 31, 2016, 04:52:06 pm »

I just purchased the software for the first time. When I try to open the download on my MAC, I get a message that it can't be opened because there is no available application to open it?

You started a poll.  Please use "New Topic" in the upper right corner of the Index page for the board.

Maybe you're not opening the download package.  That's what you might expect if you tried to open the license file.  Download and install first.

I'll make it easy for you...

1. Download this: http://files.jriver.com/mediacenter/channels/v21/latest/MediaCenter210066.dmg
2. Open the DMG and drag Media Center 21 within into the Applications folder.
3. Close the DMG and open Media Center 21 from the Applications menu.

Enjoy. :)
