Performer Store not loading

My Performer Store is not loading. It gets locked on the 'installing this may take several minutes' stage.
I've reset my computer and my router, still does the same. what can i do?

It should show that a few minutes while it downloads the library and then switch to the loaded page.

I just tried here and it's working great.

Make sure you have internet (and aren't blocking it).

I did. How do i know if my internet is blocking it?

Your firewall could block it.

How long did you wait?  Do you have a slow connection?
