Lost everything -help

Several days ago the JRiver purchase dialog box reappeared and  started counting off the days of my trial period. As the days progressed I eventually lost everything. My attempts  to restore my license as well as use my      user name were not successful because they were not recognized in the system. I renewed my license just a month ago. Please come to my rescue.

You have a version 21 license with lots of restores left.

The license code starts with 2HS...

Do you have that license handy?
