I purchased an upgrade license and downloaded version 22.0.15 onto a Win 10 PC on which I already have version 21.0.83 operating. The version 22 installation wizard gets hung up on the screen that reads "Copying Files, Please wait while Install Wizard copies and registers files."

The error message that I receive is "Install Wizard (Not Responding)." I have tried rebooting, turning off my antivirus and firewall, running as an administrator. All end at the same point in the process with the same error message.

Version 21 still runs fine.

Any suggestions on how to complete the installation process?

Problems like this are usually related to antivirus or other security software.

If it is antivirus related, disabling it may not be enough.  Uninstalling it is the only way to be sure.

I just upgraded, at the $19.98 price, from version. I received my key but no download occured other than "Media Center22 Windows-xxxxx" icon which only tells me my computer "Liscence was successfully installed". I can't find the program anywhere. What should I do? Thanks.
