1) Some time ago, I signed up for the early upgrade (but forgot I did). Then I got an email solicitation today and accidentally bought another key. OK, dumb of me, but I'm used to SW vendors knowing when I have already bought the upgrade and not sending me additional solicitations to buy it again. Should be easy to know that the email address already has a key and just send me an email that says time to upgrade instead of time to buy.
2) The app should tell me to upgrade, rather than an email. After I bought the second key (by mistake) there was no automated upgrade that launched. I went back the my version 21 app and checked for upgrades and it said I am up to date, when I'm not. I had to search the forum to figure out how to do the upgrade.
I know my Apple systems are making me dumb and lazy, but I assume you don't want to only sell your products to computer geeks.
