Ripping a DVD on MC 21 & 22
« on: September 10, 2016, 12:01:12 pm »

I use MC 21 and currently using the trial for MC 22 and I am trying to rip a DVD I purchased so I can play it on my iPhone.  Both MCs are not detecting a disc when I put it in my iMac.  Is there a way to Troubleshoot this problem or can anyone answer me why this is not working?

MC for Mac doesn't rip or play DVDs or BDs.

Use a third party tool like MakeMKV (best quality) or handbrake (variable lower quality) to make MKV files, or M4V files.  MC will then play any of those kinds of formats.
