Can't perform channel scan with HDTV HomeRun system [Solved]
« on: April 08, 2011, 03:39:42 pm »

Hello
I have installed the HDTV home run and i get the different channel tv witgout any problem with their HDHomeRune QuickTV software.

My problem is to use this device with JRMedia 16.

When I run the "Scan channels" command into JRiver,  it suddenly stop after having found 35 channels over 49.

I do not know where does this 49 number comes from because HDHome rune detected 26 channels (minus 3 unchecked enable in the HD home run co,fig software)

When JRiver says 'Scanning channel 35 of 49 complete" there is no channels list into the windows "channels that have been found

I can send you the log file of this operation if necessary

ps : I can get the channels without any problem with JRiver  15 version !!!

Ok problem is soved .. thank you myself

The solution was: necessity to run JRiver as administrator and necessity to allow JRiver in the Firewall
