Setting up MC22 on NAS connected to Logitech Transporter
« on: December 23, 2016, 07:42:42 pm »

I am having difficulty getting MC22 to consistently operate with my system.  My music is stored on a NAS (running WHS 2011) and my DAC is a Logitech Transporter.

I can get the MC22 on my NAS to communicate with the JRiver software on my iPhone and iPad.  As much as all three devices indicate that music is being played through the Transporter, there is no indication on (or from) the Transporter that it is even connected.

I have tried changing a bunch of the settings and, at this point, don't have a clue about how to get this to work.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled JRiver a couple of times.  I have also read through the Interact Forum and tried some of the suggestions made to others with similar issues (usually with an older version of JRiver).

It did actually work at one point, but it did not do so the next time I turned the sound system on (I kept MC22 running on my server the whole time).

The closest I ever get is when the tune information appears on the Transporter screen, unfortunately with a message saying, "Problem: Unable to play file type."

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
