Hi there,
I was about to buy JRiver MC22 to be used on all my pc, they'd acces a nas where i've stored the file. I think that the shared library and the client/server feature to use one pc to control the other are really a cool ideas.
I read in the FAQ that "whithin reason" you can activate MC in more than one pc, is 5/6 within reason? I'd have to install MC on:
- gaming rig
- htpc in the kitchen
- htpc in the livingroom
- work notebook
- leisure notebook
- ... (future pc? maybe a chinese windows tablet??)

That is reasonable use. IMO.

I have six computer running on one license - with no complaints from JRiver team.
(1) "Server" (where media is stored)
(2) Office computer (where database maintenance is done).
(3) Bedroom 1
(4) Bedroom 2
(5) Family Room
(6) Laptop
