Hello,

I'm new to JRiver and have been liking it, but everytime I open the program and often when I am using it, I get an error message that reads:

You're iPod could not be properly identified.

Please check for an updated version of Media Center.

If you don't have an iPod, turn off iPod Support in Options>General>Features and that should get rid of the error messages.
