South Korea - I Was There
« on: July 15, 2003, 02:52:55 am »

about 2 weeks ago i was wondering around the internet and i stumbuled apon the 506th Association web site. I was in the unit and took some pictures so i went to the shed and asked them if they wanted me to scan them.

about 150 pictures later i sent them to them and they used some. you can see them from the link below.
some of them have my name on them mark farmer (thats me) and they just posted them to the site the other day

many hard times at this unit, but the guys of the 1\506 made it some of the best times I had in the military.

Any pictures of you in there?  I like knowing what certain people look like, in case I see them in public and need to run away.

Nope i have very few pictures of my self, i have never found a way to take one of my self due to my arms are too short to hold the camera across the room.

I use a browning camera it takes flash powder (it is hard to find now days). walmart is out of it.

I am waiting for someone to give me a handme down digital camera since i am too cheap to buy one for my self since everytime i look at them the one i want is around $1,200-$1,500

You can get a pretty good digital camera for ~$400.

And they all have timers, so you can set the timer, walk across the room, and snap a picture of yourself.

Set the timer and throw the camera across the room.  Repeat until you obtain a properly-aimed shot.  Replace camera when it breaks.
