I had an ongoing problem where opening the Device Manager from the "Computer" desktop icon's right-click context menu didn't work.

I finally tracked it down to the Media Center x64 Shell Extension from version 21.0.90.0

I can reliably disable the offending Shell Extension, restart Windows Explorer and, voila, the context menu item is resolved.  Re-enabling the Media Center x64 Shell Extension and restarting Windows Explorer brings the problem right back.

According to Microsoft this is due to a "poorly implemented context menu handler".

Can you see about getting this issue resolved?  I'd like to re-enable the MC21 Context Menus.
