I have a Prime with Comcast cable card. Watching live TV & changing stations with the HDHomeRun app works great. Channel changing is quick. Video quality is more than acceptable & actually it is pretty close to watching on comcast box. Unfortunately, this does not reflect my experience when using Prime with MC. Typically while channel changing there is a 5-10 second delay. Sometimes of audio portion is audible but the video never displays. There are instances when I will receive message that tuner is not available when there are additional tuners left to use. The video quality is lacking. It is jittery and once in a while pixelated. The jitter is very apparent with scrolling text like on CNN or ESPN. ?? Lastly, some TV stations just will not work with MC but work without issue on HomeRun.
I have tested on 2 different PCs. On both HDHomeRun app runs without issue while MC sputters.
What can I tweak to improve the performance?
