MC23 messed up or my hard drive?
« on: December 12, 2019, 09:28:59 pm »

Not sure what the heck is going on, lately every time I try to do something in MC23 it tells me "drive is spinning up", the program bogs down, sometimes hangs etc etc.

Does this sound like a MC23 problem (corrupted) or a hard drive problem?

Thanks
TC

If local hard drive, bad drive.

If NAS, bad network, drive, firmware change, etc.

I think MC has always had that message buried in it, but it only shows if the drive is very slow to wake and respond.
