I'm using MC 23.0.65, and it can’t deal with album art on a regular basis.  It keeps finding old meta data and or album art and returning it to the program watch folders. Where does MC store this. stuff?  I have removed it from MEDIA CENTER 23 > COVER ART .  Appears some of these get returned there also.

I also can’t remove old libraries, delete it and it pops back.  What logic is there to this?

Check your settings.  The options page has a search window at the bottom.  Search for "cover art", etc.

I did search at the bottom of the options window.  All it does is close the window.  It doesn't appear to take me to Safari or any other help files on the subject "cover art"

In settings, check

File Locations > Cover Art

and also check

Tools > Import  where you can set auto import options.  Add or remove folders.  Edit to change file types to import.
