Without the file at hand, there isn't really much we can do about that.

I'm with you .. but it has 22.8 GB ;) (1:1 remux from blu-ray)

The mysterious thing is that 2 other files - BR ripped with same software version (VSO BRC 4.0.0.82) - are playing within JRiver normally - only King Arthur has the problems.

I also experience problems with transport stream files. Is it a matter of size?
problems means I cannot move in the middle of the file when plying (it restars frm the beginning) and If I stop watching when I resume it starts from the beginning agan
They can ply flawlessly with videostream

@stanzani .. exactly my problem.

I've just ripped 10 BRs with same settings+software+version, and one of the rips (.m2ts, all 1:1 remux between 20-35 GB) has this playback problem with JR player, plays perfectly with VLC.

I've noticed the problem with earlier with ~3 other rips I did in the past 1.5 - 2 years.

Tools > Options > Video.  You have choices for Red October Standard or Red October High Quality.  Choose Standard.

The Options page has a search window.
