Are AND functions available? Example: Turn on light 3 if Input 6 AND Condition 2 are on.

Are OR functions available? Example: Turn on light 23 if either Condition 7 OR Input 1 OR Input 8 are on?

Any other logic functions available?

If available can these functions be accomplished using the GUI, or is some scripting required?

Thanks very much for letting me know. Since the project appears to be on hold there's no telling if it ever will get them. But I guess we can still hope!

Yes logic functions would be a huge boost, I believe an exponential growth in the capabilities of Engen; especially if IFTTT could be implemented

There has been a tremendous amount of progress at JRiver in the last couple of years. Really great to see that happening!

Any progress on this front?  I just got a door sensor and would like to turn lights on when the door is opened only if it is dark out.
