What are you trying to achieve? Security logging? Visibility of which users are connected? Control of what users can see?

  Playing video out to a Sony 65" TV connected via HDMI, playing digital audio out via motherboard sound card, PCIe TV tuner

Media Center doesn't have that kind of functionality - though I would love for it to support multiple users which have different views/permissions served to them.
