Having purchased the MC23 upgrade several months ago, I have yet to successfully upgrade MC22 to MC23.  Do i need to delete MC22 and then install MC23?  After clicking on my registration code in my jriver confirmation email, i get a message stating "License for Media Center was successfully installed", yet when opening MediaCenter, it still says MC22 on top. 

Considering all of the talk about MC24, i assume MC23 is out and being used.  I'm running Win10.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.  Sorry if i posted in the wrong place...

Just download and install MC23.  You can find it in the Old Versions topic on the wiki, or under Old Versions on the forum.

Jim, thanks for the response.  I have done the installation with the license restore at least twice.  I don't want to use up all of my code restores by repeating the same process with the same result.  I think I'm down to 8 restores left.  It seems that I'm simply reinstalling MC22 over and over. 

After the MC23 installation completes, my MC still has the "Media Center 22"  on the top of screen. 

Do I need to uninstall the old version before I install the new MC23?

You're missing part of the installation somehow. 

Visit the wiki to find MC23:
https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Old_Versions

Download and install it.  Then restore your license.

If you run out of license restores, we can fix that.

Also, keep in mind that Media Center 22 and Media Center 23 are separate programs. You are not upgrading Media Center 22 to Media Center 23, so if you're using a shortcut to start Media Center, that shortcut will still point to the Media Center 22 executable. Make sure you're starting Media Center with the Media Center 23 executable.
