I hope you've had a chance to try the new
streaming in MC24. We plan to continue to improve on what is there and to add a few more services.
We're _thinking_about_ doing something different in the next phase. In a nutshell, JRiver would offer several streams of its own. They would be lossless, probably FLAC. To satisfy the record label rules governing radio stations, they would be playlists.
These playlists would come from two sources.
1. A few programmers working for JRiver. This would work something like Radio Paradise or Radio FIP.
2. Curated user playlists. These would probably be an extension of
Doctor Who. Users would vote them up or down.
