What is the code to view the Deleted Files that are Tracked by MC?

I had to delete a couple of TV recordings that didn't come out right.
I did not check the box for "Not Tracking Deleted Files", and I should have - as I want these TV shows to record again the next time they are aired.

So I need to create a smartlist to show the "Deleted Files that are being Tracked". What is the code to create this smartlist?
