New media is not included following upgrade to mc24

New videos are not included in MC24 following upgrade from MC21.  The file locations for videos are set properly.  I installed MC24 while MC21 was still operational and later deleted MC21.  This must not have been the correct way to upgrade MC.  Not sure where to go from here.  All help appreciated.
