iTunes artwork
« on: August 25, 2018, 01:20:31 am »

Hello
Just starting a trial of MC today.  Managed to import all my itunes albums easily enough but 2-300 of them haven't had the artwork included. These are albums where itunes sees the artwork easily and I can see no difference between those where artwork has imported and where it has not.

No intention on manually adding that much artwork to JRiver and the 'get from internet' function isn't working.

Won't be paying for this software if this can't be rectified

The cover art server may be down for the moment.  We're rebuilding our servers.  We were attacked this week.

Keep trying.  It will probably start working this weekend or Monday.

The art may have been embedded in the file.  For the files with missing art, they probably had none embedded.

Examining which albums are missing artwork - it appears that they are the ~300 I ripped when I first got an ipod. I then told itunes to get the artwork. Albums where I manually added an image from the web seem to all have had the artwork imported to MC.
