Resetting Direct 3d Device Failed
« on: September 15, 2018, 10:07:46 am »

I've been getting this error for several weeks now and dont know why. I have several clients and only on one of them does this occur. While watching live TV it will all of a sudden will stop/freeze. I press stop on JRemote, I get that error briefly on the screen and then it goes back to the guide. I press play on JRemote and the live channel plays again. I don't see where I'm doing anythying differently than before.....

Could be the video driver.

Yeah, most likely video driver issue.

You are using Theater View I suppose.  Are you using "Use legacy Direct3D Theater View" option?  Try turning it off.

Thx for responding, guys. Yes theaterview > Guide > Channel

I had to look for it and did find it. Legacy was not selected.

I’m using 50, most recent mc v.
