Accidentally Deleted FIles from Library
« on: November 01, 2018, 11:54:54 pm »

Hi All,

I accidentally deleted almost 4000 files from my library.  The files themselves are intact, but they won't show up on my folder.  When I try a re-scan I get the following message:

Imported 0 new files.
Skipped 3930 files (previously deleted from library).

Is there any way to undo this?  Thanks!

Yes, a couple of ways.

Easiest, just configure Auto Import and uncheck the box labelled "Ignore files previously removed from library", then run Auto Import again. Change the setting back afterwards.

Of course, that will re-import all files you still have that you have previously removed from the library. If that is going to be an issue, ask for the harder method.
