I've noticed that a couple of persons have complained about difficulties to pay (sic) for the upgrade. I'm also one more. Cant pay with my card and cant pay via Paypal. The problem seems to be on your side because my bank demands that I approve the payment by entering a code. Which I cant! So, will not be able to upgrade.
