I recently installed Media Center 24 and just used it for occasional playback, followed by promptly quitting. Yesterday I used the scheduler for the first time to record some radio streams.
I went to retriever the recordings this morning and saw a "your system is out of memory" message. Given that my machine is a current Mac Pro with 64GB of RAM, this raised an eyebrow. That doesn't happen with very intensive video editing and transcoding projects, so it shouldn't happen with recording an audio stream.
Here is a screenshot. 137GB of memory. 93GB of swap used. I've never seen this in all my years of pro audio and video.
