Media Jukebox Purchase Error

When I try to initiated a purchase, a dialog window pops up stating that it "Failed to initiate Media Jukebox purchase."

I'm using 8.0.393 w/ XP Home. This also happened w/ previous versions.

Are you connected to the internet when you are trying to purchase?

It could be a firewall or proxy problem.

I don't have a firewall or proxy.

Please try again.  Our certificate expired and was replaced today.  If your clock was incorrect, that could have been a problem.
