Reported as Bug in release 25.0.114, asked to post as separate topic.

VST plugins not fully supported, no interface visible when there is one. Tested in other software packages working as intended.
System Win 10 64 bit 1903

Tested on another Windows 10 system with same result, no user interface availably when there is one.

VST fully working in other software packages.

Win 10 1903 64bit, VST 64bit installed.

We looked at Ditherbox, and it does not actually export an editor control Interface.
It does seem to have the ability to be configured via settings, but it does not have an interface to facilitate that. Not sure quite yet if we can somehow use that show settings, since the design of VST is not really that great in that regard - its really meant for the VST to provide its own interface. Matt is looking into it some more.
