I'm unable to find a way to add an external encoder in JRiver 25.0.114 over linux ...

Unless I'm mistaken, but I don't think you can (yet). If you can, you'll probably need an external encoder compiled on Linux for Linux.

I just need to add a way to encode to AAC. Just the same screens we already have in Windows to add user-specified encoding parameters.
