Another possible ripping bug

Of course this might be my drive but...

Put "Sade - Lovers Rock" in the drive, MC9 asks to rip 12 tracks - but there are really only 11.  It gets to 12 and chews away for a while - I noticed 3 different WAV attempts in the folder.
Shortly after, MC9 crashes.
