Missing Genres

Hello everyone. So far I'm very impressed with MC9 however, I have a missing genre (Pop) under the I: in the CD, DVD, & Handhelds tab. The genre is in my IPOD and it shows up everywhere else in MC9 except under the I: in Genre in the Handheld tab of MC9.  It is really bugging me and I can't seem to fix it. All my ID tags are fine, I've used the same program(s) EAC and Lame.
If anyone could help me resolve this issue I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm using the most current release 9.0.143

You might try the MC forum on ipodlounge.com.  That's where the experts hang out.
