Controlling ID300 from mac computer
« on: November 09, 2021, 03:08:50 pm »

I set up my ID 300 using a Windows computer . It works fine. However, I would like to control the ID 300 from my Mac computer (iMac Pro using OS 11.6). The ID 300 is on my network and the Mac computer shows it as a device. However, when I open the ID 300 on the Mac (identified as a server ID-1C697A680BF3), the ID asks me if I want to connect as a guest or as a "registered user". I can connect as a guest, but I have no control over the NUC or the attached USB drive. When I try to connect as a "registered user" (which I would assume I am), I am asked for a user name and password for the server ID-1C697A680BF3. I have put in every combination of user names and passwords and passwords I can think of including the password for my Microsoft account, and nothing works. Is there username and password intrinsic to the ID-300 that will allow me to connect as a "registered user"?
