I have multiple devices that I can stream to via DLNA from MC.  I can link the devices to play simultaneously (not perfect with DLNA).  I want to be able to select individual devices and create a group zone like 'Whole House' that includes all devices and I can just click on to play when I want to play everywhere.

I've tried creating a zone group with all devices but I can't get them all to play together without dragging and dropping to link them together.  Is there a way to set them up so I can choose when to play a single or multiple devices without have to link/unlink them every time.

I’m in the same boat.
My plan (as yet untested):
Create a duplicate of each of the zones I want to link, naming the duplicates “multi-room 1,” etc.
Link the duplicates.
There will be a much longer list of zones, but I’d think it would work.

I was trying that.  The devices disappeared on their when I created a group that included them.  I think I tried to create other groups but I believe it moved them.  I'll give it another try to be sure.
