I am using Jaikoz to retrieve metadata from Musicbrainz. Jaikoz adds metadata to a number of fields. One of these fields is ALBUM_ARTISTS_SORT. I have added this field as a library field to JRiver (attachment Library Field)
In the tag dump I can see the content of this field when I mark a track of the album (attachment Tag dump)
However in that tag list, the field is empty (attachment Empty Field).
Am I missing something here?

As should the Data Type - Looking at that Tag Dump it should be List and Not String

I found the cause of the problem. The issue turned out to be the different separator characters used by Jaikoz and JRiver
Jaikoz uses the null character: https://forum.minimserver.com/showthread.php?tid=74
JRiver uses semicolon
mp3tag uses \\
The separator characters of JRiver and mp3tag can be read by the respective other program.

I think you can set a different separator character in MC.  The options page has a search window.
