I am running Windows 11 with JRiver30. I have an Astell Kern Kann Max. The most discouraging problem is when I wipe my Kann clean an do a fresh sync it completes but playlist does not show up on my Kann player. I then try to sync only the playlist and the software says it’s already been synced. If I continue down this path eventually it starts trying to install all songs again “ duplicates “. I have read from both companies how they work so well together but so far this has been a nightmare. I really need playlist work.
