Greetings, when I am using the JRemote for JRiver Media Center I am unable to save any edits straight from JRemote, it always says it needs to be authenticated from the server-side, where do I change this setting? I would rather like to do the star rating for instance when listening on my sofa then on MC27 at the PC directly. Thanks much

I am using MC27 on Windows PC, which pushes the music library sitting on a Synology DiskStation NAS, remotely controlled via the jremote... Thank you much

How did you end up doing this? I am trying to do the same thing with Jremote2 and my JRiver server V30. Any ratings changes/updates I make in JRemote do not sync with the server. Would love to solve this for the same reason you specified. Any help would be appreciated.
