Hello Yaobing, I have the same problem as 3 months ago. For one channel only JRiver crashes immediately when recording starts. However I can view the channel normally before I start recording. This happen on 2 computers which are far away. On one of the computers there is also the same channel on IPTV. There, it doesn't crash when I use IPTV but crashes if I use OTA. Recording on this channel works on wintv 10.
The only difference I can see with the other channels is that there is 4 langauages and 3 subtitles. I am joining a log
