Crash - Continued from Media Center 30 to Media Center 31

I migrated to Media Center 31.  As I am still getting crashes, I moved the discussion to the Media Center 31 thread.  To answer Bob's questions from MC 30 discussion, based on today's crash...

- Audio Device on the Mac is an AudioQuest DragonFly Red v1.0
- Audio Device in JRiver is set to AudioQuest DragonFly Red v1.0
   - Open device with exclusive access
   - Software: 100 milliseconds (recommended)
   - Hardware: Hardware default (recommended)
- DSP Studio is enabled
- DSP Studio settings are:
   - Equalizer is Rock

Today's latest Apple crash report is enclosed as a .pdf

Did you reconfigure the Channels to be "2" instead of "10" ?  (The previous report about audio settings had it set to 10 channels)

Yes, I did change it to 2 Channels, and I also disabled Output Format.  Is that needed?

It looks like it's upon hitting a key.
Is that correct?
If so, under what view/conditions is that happening?

It was when I hit the tab to tag an album while I was ripping a CD.  Previously, most but not all, occurred when the last track of an album played.
