I have an older Id. Model DN2820FYK | Manufacture date 07/2014 | Serial number (I think) G6FY43000RC2. It seems as if it has died. There are no signs of life with a monitor and keyboard attached, and power cycling or rebooting seem to have no effect. The power button seems to be illuminated white or amber (hard to tell which), but I believe it should be illuminated blue if everything was in order.
Are there any steps I can/should take to troubleshoot, or is my Id fully and truly dead?
