Options > Media Network > Add or configure DLNA Servers ...

--When you add a new DLNA Server, and change the 'Display name', the new name does not display in the list above, until you close and re-open that setting page/dialog.
--There is no way to 'Duplicate' existing DLNA Servers (e.g. via right-click menu); this would save time when you want to make a slight variation of an existing DLNA Server.
