I have set up Prime video as a web page as we use a mouse for control, but how do I get full screen please

Are you using Theater View?

yes sorry I should have said.
eg I have 7plus sbs prime etc none go full screen

Using mouse for control

Edit the Items To Show in the Theater View settings.  Select the web page entry and check "Display full screen...".  It will show full screen and you will be able to use your mouse or control the mouse with the keyboard direction arrows.

I have now got full screen but cant find a way back to the theater as the webpage has taken over.

The "Escape" key should allow you to exit the web page.

we dont have a keyboard just mouse and remote

What kind of remote? You might be able to program a button for Escape.

In that case, just use the main Green Button (with Windows logo) on the remote to return to the main Theater View menu.
